“I had initially opted for a direct approach to a bank prior to consulting the team at Aura. Aura’s consultants pointed out that as a high LVR borrower an introductory rate product would not be as suitable for me as after the introductory period I would be slugged with a high interest rate for the many years thereafter and if I were to refinance I would be liable to pay mortgage insurance again.
