What is a Loan Health Check?
A Loan Health Check will determine the financial health of your current loan! This is a 15 minute free-of-charge process which involves a detailed analysis of your current loan and a comparison across the vast range of alternative mortgage products available currently. The process is run by one of our experienced loan consultants using one of the most innovative technological systems on the market.

Why do I need to refinance?
